Returns are accepted with in 30 days or less from when delivered used products and unopened new products, there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping must be paid by buyer both ways (actual shipping cost or cost charged what ever is more). If item is damaged or incomplete (from items sent to customer) no refund will be made. Opened new products that have missing or broken parts will not be accepted for return (as the products are new factory sealed), though we will try to help replace parts from maker of product is possible.
