HAVENS TOYS RETURN POLICIES: 1) Please submit a RETURN REQUEST from your Amazon.com Buyer Account for your Order with us. This RETURN REQUEST needs to be made within 30 days of your receipt of your Order.2) The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If a child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we cannot accept it back. If opened and/or used merchandise is returned to us we cannot refund. If the item’s factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. 3) If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use the prepaid return shipping label we provide to you. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. 4) If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don’t want it, you found it cheaper elsewhere after purchasing from us, buyer’s remorse, etc.), the BUYER accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs PLUS a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your order total. 5) Package returned to us marked “REFUSED”, “UNDELIVERABLE, NO SUCH ADDRESS (NSA)”, or otherwise, are subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address you have provided to Amazon.com upon ordering, HAVENS TOYS is not responsible. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address. 6) HAVENS TOYS follows US FDA regulatory practices in conjunction with Amazon.com. ANY/ALL HEALTH, BEAUTY and PERSONAL CARE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, no exceptions. 7) HAVENS TOYS does NOT PRICE MATCH per Amazon.com’s policies. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. HAVENS TOYS Cancellation Policy: Amazon.com allows all buyers 30 minutes from the moment of purchase to cancel their orders. If this time frame has passed, we encourage you to contact us immediately to cancel your order. This is NOT A GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN as we ship super fast, 6 days a week, like clockwork.
