The majority of our inventory is shipped directly to an Amazon.com warehouse where it is then picked, packed and shipped when purchased. Please be advised that if you purchased your item via Fulfillment by Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon directly for any customer service issues. For items directly shipped by us, the following conditions apply: All orders will ship out within 24 hours of payment except on holidays or the weekend. If the item is defective on arrive (DOA), please contact us for a return authorization. Defective item must be returned to us within 30 days for refund or exchange of the same item. Refunds for defective merchandise will be issued if item is no longer in stock. Return must contain all original item packaging, and description of the item’s defect. If buyers change their mind, and would like to cancel an order or return a shipped item, please contact us first. A 50% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items that are returned to us in opened or used condition. Shipment of product back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. We advise you use a service that can be tracked. Refunds are issued within 7 days of item return.
