To be eligible for a refund, buyer has 14 days to report a return and item must be postmarked within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges for return items originally shipped by Hidden River Books are borne by the buyer as per Amazon return policy. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. Used books, used cds, used dvds, and used software are not returnable unless defective. Any new book that has obvious signs of use: refund will be 50% of item’s price. Any new CD, DVD, audiobook, software, or video game that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): refund will be 50% of item’s price. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: refund will be up to 50% of item’s price
