In order to provide the fastest shipment of your product to your door, we often ship directly from several vendors/stores which function as our fulfillment centers. All returns and customer service issues must be handled directly with Home Life Specialty Store (not with Amazon) since we will need to authorize a return shipment label to the correct Warehouse/Fulfillment Center.
