OUR RETURN POLICY You may return an Item within 14 days from the purchase date. Opened or damaged factory sealed manufacturer boxes will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. All returned items must be in their ORIGINAL BOX and include packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the product. If your product is not in transit (i.e. not left one of our warehouses) we may issue a 100% refund to you. All defective merchandise will be verified by our returns department prior to shipment of the replacement. If a replacement is not available we will credit you for the original price paid for the product. If your product is missing parts please contact the manufacturer first to receive your full manifest. We insure all of our shipments 100% and use only respected carriers such as Fedex, UPS, USPS etc. It is important that you inspect each delivery before accepting your merchandise. If you notice your product is damaged refuse the package and contact us within 24 hours. If you placed an order then you refused it for any reason other than damage to the package, please note that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less restocking fees and any shipping charges we incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping as long as product is received undamaged.
