Our General Return Policy 1. Any item sold from our store may be returned within 30 days of delivery. 2. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. 3. Customer must contact us or using amazon’s return center to initiate a return request. Simply refusing packages without approval from us will be subject to a 10% processing fee plus return shipping cost. 4. Excluded Items (Items can’t return it to us for exchange/refund). Due to their fragility, the following items can not be returned once they have been removed from their original product packaging: video projectors, video games, DVD’s, computer games, computer software, CD duplicators, Software and xbox subscription card. 5. Items that are returned in unopened condition may be entitled for a full refund with shipping charges deducted. All openbox returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. They must be in re-sellable condition with manufacturer box and have all original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. Returns with missing accessories will be charged an even higher restocking fee depending on item condition. 6. Defective Items – Defective items other then those mentions in “Excluded Items” above may be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report defects and initiate return. Once approved, we will either send return shipping label or credit the cost for the refund. An exchange or full refund will be offered at our discretion if the defects are determined and confirmed. 7. Damaged Items – In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. We, at our sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to forwarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
