Return Policy: You may return any new item purchased from us that is “dead on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes (return shipping fee on customer for unopened boxes), for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Return cost of items not received as defective is on customer’s side. Items not matching our records of serial number, part number, IMEI number if applied for the particular order will not be accepted and refunded. We reserve the right to test on returns and impose a minimum 15 percent (15%) of the product sales price restocking fee for open box items but not defective. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. We will not accept returns more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
