Return Procedures: To request a return or exchange, please contact JadeCollectibles for a Return Authorization. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item to you, we will exchange it or allow you to return for a full refund. If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please note return items must be unused, or unopened from original box. Customer should take care in packaging the items with proper care so that they are returned in new, saleable condition. Any returns received that are damaged, opened, or used will not be accepted. All original materials must be included.
