Shipping Policy We do not ship to APO/FPO address. We only ship the product to 48 continental states of USA. Returns Policy Overview Return is acceptable within 14 days after the package is delivered. If the package was opened (without anything missing), 20% restock fee will be charged, and customer need to be responsible for the shipping fee. If something is missed, including but not limited to original manufacture box, manual, product parts, etc., up to 50% restock fee will be charged. We have recorded all serial numbers for the products, and will verify the serial number for all returns. We hold the right not to refund and will report to police for any return fraud. If you file a defective product return, the defective return must be filed within the 14 days of the delivery. We will ask the third party to inspect the product condition. We will give you a full refund if the defective product is approved to be defective.
