We strongly encourage buyers to contact us with any issues regarding their orders before leaving feedback on their transaction. No returns are allowed on items 30 days after their purchase. When e-mailing about an already placed order, please include the item name, date of purchase, and transaction number. Item returned must come back in same condition as described in their original listing. If the item is returned due to an issue on M3Book’s part, we will be responsible for the item’s return shipping and offer a full refund. If the return is due to the customer’s error, the customer is responsible for item’s return shipping, and refunds will have the original shipping cost and a 15% restock fee deducted from what is remitted. Please contact us for address and specifics regarding how to make a return. Please be advised Media Mail to Hawaii and Alaska generally takes 3-6 weeks. APO/FPOs may take as long as 60 days. Some refunds will be in the form of a check mailed to the customer.
