We are a small “mom and pop” online store…..working from our home…..our store name is from the love of our animals both past and present….we love our animals like they were our children. The store name is named in honor of former pets who are no longer with us but are certainly not forgotten. We rescued each of our animals and will do so again in the future. We strive for above and beyond customer satisfaction. All of our products will be listed in detail so you will know exactly what to expect when ordering from us. If an item is “new” then it will be listed as paperback or hardcover, spiral ect and new…..if there is any blemish or dinged area or anything else it will be listed as such and the condition we feel it truly is…..should you receive any item that you are not happy with simply contact us in a timely matter so that we may make this right….returns will be refunded once item has arrived back to us and in the condition it was sent….we use bubble wrapped envelopes and package our items securely to arrive to you in great condition….We hope that your experience is pleasant and wish to see you again. We are a bit “old school” and believe our personal touch will help to set us aside from others.
