Our return policy: All merchandise authorized for return will be issued minus paid shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee, item must be in its original packaging, tags attached, in brand new, unopened, unused condition. If the returned item is in different condition, we may charge a restocking fee up to 50% per amazon policy. Buyers are responsible to pay for all shipping cost to return the merchandise back to us. We highly recommend our customers to include a tracking number for the returned package. Once return package received, please allow 5 business days to process the return/refund.
