All products guaranteed to be free from defects upon receipt. Defective products need to be returned within 7 days of initial receipt of the product. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be issued after the item has been confirmed to be defective. Non – Defective returns will be refunded for the purchase price only and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for non-defective items will not be refunded. Those fees are collected for the US Postal Service and are not refundable to us. USED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS DEFECTIVE. ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT BEFORE A REFUND IS ISSUED.
