Returns-We accept returns on unopened items only within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must include the original packaging. We must deduct the original shipping cost from the refund for returns that are not the fault of the seller. Exchanges-We will exchange any defective software item for a new copy of the same item within 30 days of the purchase date. Scratched discs do not qualify for the exchange policy. Consoles-All defective systems are warrantied through the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for any repairs. iPads-We accept returns on unopened iPads only within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns on opened iPads. Computers & Electronics-We accept returns on all unopened computers and electronics with factory seal still intact within 30 days of the purchase date. A $35 restocking fee will be assessed on refused shipments to account for excessive shipping costs. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for any repairs or defects as each item has a manufacturer’s warranty. Owners must contact the appropriate manufacturer for service and support inquiries. Opened/Used computers and electronics are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% based on the item’s condition when it is returned. The restocking fee is based off of the used price of the returned item minus shipping charges. The original retail packaging is required for all returns. If a customer requests a return and misrepresents the item as defective when the returned item is confirmed to be in working condition, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
