We are committed to providing every customer with the highest standard of customer service. Most of our products qualify for our 30 day return/exchange policy. Consumer electronics and computer related items qualify for our 14 day return/exchange policy. Below is our 30 day return/exchange policy: NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS may be subject to a 20% restocking fee per Amazon Marketplace guideline provided the item(s) is returned in original brand new and sealed condition. Restocking fee will be 25% for opened and/or used item(s) and will require a visual inspection. Customer is responsible for prepaid shipping for a non-defective item return. Upon receipt of the returned item, and after a rigorous visual inspection, we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges and less a 25% restocking fee for brand new and sealed items. We will provide an RMA and each RMA is valid for 7 business days. We reserve the right to void a return/exchange, if postmark/pickup for return/exchange falls outside the RMA period. DEFECTIVE ITEMS may be returned for an exchange without a restocking fee. Customer must notify via email within 10 days of DELIVERY to request a return/exchange for defective items. We will provide an RMA and return instructions. Each RMA is valid for 7 business days. We reserve the right to void a return/exchange, if postmark/pickup for return/exchange falls outside the RMA period. Consumer Electronics, personal electronics and Computer related items can only be returned if Brand New and Factory Sealed (unless originally sold as used or new in open box) within 14 days. Otherwise we offer an exchange for the same item for opened items if we have extras in stock. See above for restocking fees for non-defective returns. All undeliverable/refused deliveries or otherwise returned packages are considered NON-DEFECTIVE returns. See above for our NON-DEFECTIVE return policy. Additional return shipping charges will apply in addition to a restocking fee.
