All shipments come out of California. Items are guaranteed to work. If you receive an item that arrives defective or is the wrong item entirely, then it may be returned in the state it arrived with associated items within 30 days for a full refund of all associated costs for the purchase. Returns for used items that are just no longer wanted by the buyer may also be returned, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not receive return of original shipping cost as it was already paid for in good faith by seller. The item cost will be fully refunded. IE: If you purchase a $100 item with a $3.99 shipping charge, only the $100 will be refunded. Buyers are responsible for reading item descriptions fully before making the purchase, and knowing what they are ordering such as system/region the item is for. If you have questions about the item conditions, included items/features, and estimated time table for delievery you are encouraged to contact the seller. If a listing states Disc/cartridge only game then the item will not include the original case/manual/coverart in most situations. If the item says it is a Japanese import title which requires a Japanese region console to play, the buyer is expected to know and understand this condition. Likewise for Xbox, Gamecube, and PS2 games. These games are thoroughly tested on the systems they are intended to be played on. Not all Xbox games can be played on an Xbox360, not all PS2 games can be played on backwards compatible PS3s. There are compatibility lists out there on the internet that say which titles that work. In these cases, returns are up to the seller to determine if a return will be accepted. In these cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping and initial shipping will not be refunded if a return is allowed. This is due to the errant nature of the order made and not due to a seller mistake. Returns for new items or DLC codes will NOT be accepted. Items that are lost in shipping transit will result in a full refund of associated costs to the buyer. Tracking is provided on ALL orders to verify receipt. If the item arrives to the correct destination, the seller is no longer liable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking to know when to expect and retrieve the delievered item. If an item is returned by the mailing service for an undelieverable address or other mistake of the buyer, then a refund will be given exluding the initial shipping charge. If you wish for the item to be redelievered, please contact seller as soon as possible to work out the corrected details. It is recommended that you fill out a return request on Amazon for official record keeping. This also gives you the seller’s return address in which to return the item to. Lastly on all return shipments, you are encouraged to include tracking information.
