Return Policy: All returns must be sent back within 30 days from receiving order. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping, prepaid mailing labels will NOT be provided. If the order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, a full refund will be issued (upon receiving item back). Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the order is defective, damaged, or missing parts. All other returns (including accidental orders) are subject to a restocking fee and the costs of return shipping will NOT be reimbursed. The restocking fee ranges from 20% to 50% (and will only be charged in special circumstances). No return will be accepted after 30 days and also any new items that were purchased and opened will not be accepted. Please contact me first before leaving negative feedback or opening an A-Z claim, any issues can be resolved in a positive way. Thank you
