If buyer chooses to return an item, we will issue a 15% - 20% restocking fee, if item has been opened/used, a greater restocking fee will be added. Original shipping & handling won't be refunded if buyer returns item. If a new item is returned opened, we will issue a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days from the time the item was delivered to buyer, no exceptions.
