Once the order is received from Amazon, they are packaged carefully and shipped as quickly as possible. We’re real easy to get along with and are well known to jump through hoops to make sure our customers are happy campers. Returns & Refund Policies All products fully Guaranteed 100% under the following conditions: Notification of any pre-played Video Games, DVD’s, Music CD’s, Video Game Systems, or any other products we sell that are defective must be received within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery in the same condition as sent. Other non-defective returns must be received within 15 days in the same condition as sent. For New/Factory Sealed items, they must be returned in the same condition it was sent as New, never opened, never used. Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. We subtract our packaging & shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15%. All Factory Sealed or new items warranty issues must be directed to the Manufacturer first. Return Authorization required prior to shipping any item back. We reserve the right to refuse any Video Game, DVD, Music CD’s, Video Game Systems or any other product we sell not returned in 30 days from date of purchase.
