Returns: If item was canceled prior of shipping, and we were notified we will refund you your amount if full. However if the item was purchased, shipped, and arrived to its destination, then the item may receive a 20% restocking fee to cover both the shipping and handling of the said item. Depending on the situation this charge can be voided if the item was damaged during shipping, in which you must send photos, and evidence of the damaged item so it can be claimed, as you will also be refunded when the item is returned here. The return must be filed within 30 days, or the return will be denied as it will exceed the return time frame. Return Shipping Policy We do not cover for express or air mail shipping, or any form of shipping that cost more than the item to ship. If the item is returned here, we will cover your return expenses as long as it is Priority Mail, or basic shipping methods.
