We have completed more than 100,000 transactions which included shipments to the US and other countries around the world. In october 2015 we started selling directly on Amazon.com because it allows for lower shipment costs for our customers. We usually ship the day we receive your order (except, of course, on Sundays or holidays), but please keep in mind that German time (CET) is 6 hours ahead of EST and 9 hours ahead of PST. Our shipments by airmail are handled through the German Postal Service (Deutsche Post) and usually reach their destination within 7 to 15 working days.We ship from Cologne, Germany's fourth-largest city, located on the Rhine river, and home of the famous German Carnival celebrations.
