I am a stay at home mom, taking care of my children and pets and trying to keep my head above water! SHIPPING POLICIES: I try to mail all orders out within 24 (-48)hours of receiving them. CDs & DVDs get shipped via 1st class mail with the exception of box sets which ship via Media Mail. All books and records will be shipped via Media Mail. RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Per Amazon’s Marketplace return policy, returns must be made within 30 (thirty) days of original shipment. 1) Please obtain tracking info on item. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN THE EVENT THE CARRIER LOSES THE PACKAGE (“NON-DELIVERY”). You may wish to insure the package. This is optional but recommended on high-value items in the event the item is lost or damaged in the mail. 2) The product must be returned in comparable condition to when I originally shipped the order. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCUR DURING SHIPPING TO ME. NEW PRODUCT RETURNS: As with any retailer, if your item was in New condition, it must be returned in New condition. If originally shrink wrapped, it must be returned with the shrink wrap unbroken. 3) According to Amazon’s return policy, I am allowed to apply up to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE (which I rarely apply). 4) Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via Amazon (usually within the same business day). 5) If an item is “LOST IN THE MAIL”, I will wait 30 (THIRTY) days from the original shipment date before issuing a refund.
