Return Policy: When contacting us about returns please state the reason and item condition for your return. All returns/exchanges are accepted in same condition received less original shipping/handling WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE (buyer responsible for return shipping/handling fees) we must be contacted via email for return approval. You MUST include your name and order number in return package to receive refund. Qualified refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days of delivery. ORIGINAL SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE or A 20% restocking fee of total purchase may apply on certain items. Any returned item that is NOT in its original condition, opened packages or is damaged/abused, or is missing parts for reasons that are NOT our fault will NOT qualify for refunds! For example, if your child opens and plays with a toy and it’s broken we cannot be held responsible for the damage. All our toys are mailed factory sealed therefore we cannot test durability of a toy before selling. Manufacturer’s help will be offered for opened/used and defective items. We cannot accept returns once the toy is opened and played with and is missing original packaging. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Any packages we receive marked “undeliverable” or “refused” will be subject to 20% fees LESS shipping/handling.
