Returns of USED, COLLECTIBLE and OPENED merchandise are not permitted. Courteous buyers may return NEW items subject to the following conditions: 1) Buyer returns item in exact same condition as it was shipped. 2) Buyer reships item within five business days of receipt. 3) Buyer pays return shipping expense. 4) Buyer receives 80% partial refund of item’s sale price and none of the shipping/handling fee. 5) Partial refund will be issued as soon as I receive the return as long as terms have been met.
