Multiple Quantity Purchases
One Up TCG reserves the right to cancel all orders with quantity purchased of more than 4 of a particular item. Order in excess of 4 quantity of any one card will be reduced to 4 for that particular card at our discretion. We must enforce this policy to maintain enough supplies for all players and to avoid predatory speculation purchase. Please note we will try to fulfill quantities over 4 if possible. Trading Card Editions (1st or Unlimited/ Rarity)
From time to time other vendors change the picture and/or title of our listing to state 1st edition or unlimited. We do not guarantee either of these. We ship what is in stock and ready to go. We only guarantee that our cards are in mint. We usually will give you the edition you order.

International Purchase
One Up TCG reserve the right to void and cancel any international order that is determine to be suspicious and potentially risky.
Orders to shipping agencies in FLORIDA requires purchase total to be over $10.00 so we can ship with tracking or you will have to pay expedited shipping cost.

Order Cancellation
One Up TCG reserves the right to cancel orders placed by a competitor’s business, predatory/speculation purchases that empty our inventory and/or determine to be suspicious of fraudulent activities.

Grading Scale

New(Near Mint) – Cards in Near Mint condition show minimal to no wear from shuffling, play or handling and can have a nearly unmarked surface, crisp corners and unblemished edges outside of a few minimal flaws. A Near Mint card may have a tiny edge nick or a tiny scratch or two, but overall look nearly unplayed with no major defects or flaws.

Collectible – Very Good(Lightly Played) – Cards in Lightly Played condition may have minor border or corner wear or even just slight scuffs or scratches. There are no major defects such as water damage, bends or issues with the structural integrity of the card. Noticeable imperfections are okay, but none should be too severe or at too high a volume.

Collectible – Good(Moderately Played) – Cards in Moderately Played condition exhibit condition issues visible at a casual glance. Cards in Moderately Played condition can have border wear, corner wear, scratching or scuffing, creases or whitening, minor dirt buildup or any combination of mild examples of these marks.

Collectible – Acceptable(Heavily Played) – Cards in Heavily Played condition show a severe amount of wear. Heavily Played condition can include cards that have major creasing, major whitening, major border wear or any combination of those flaws. (These flaws cannot prevent the card from being tournament playable when sleeved.)
