Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Buyer MUST Contact Q&B Electronics for a Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA number) before any return. Any returns without a RMA number will be reject and send back to buyer. 2. The returned item must be sent within 14 days after an RMA number is issued to the buyer. The RMA number will expire after 14 days after issuing date. Any return received with an expired RMA number may not be processed or refunded. 3. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Q&B Electronics to process your RMA number. 4. On any returns, If the item is sealed, we will not charge a restocking fee. If it is opened, 25% restocking fee will be applied. Any missing parts may result in a refusal in the return. 5. Shipping fee is not refundable and buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Refused packages will be subject to the return shipping charges. Tracking and insurance are highly recommended. 6. Removal or alteration of a product’s serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Q&B Electronics Return Policy. Products that are returned to us with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RA# service and returned to you. 7.
