1): A full refund will only be issued to the return with the item in its original sealed packaging within 30 days after receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.

2): Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. For any item that is not in its original condition, is opened/damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refund will be issued. (20% or more restocking fee)

3): For unmatched return, wrong item, or item with different serial number, we take this as Evil return and will report to Amazon and police department
(We record all the serial numbers of items we sell.)

4): Return an apple product, should be sign out of your apple id and erase all content and settings.
>1. click iTunes & App store , then click apple id , select sign out of your apple id (icloud.com).
>2. click General, then click Reset and select Erase All Content and settings.

5): After a return request is approved, the item must be shipped promptly and received by us within 14 days.

The following items cannot be returned:
1.Any product missing the serial number or UPC
2.Prepaid game cards
3.Health and personal care items
4.Open software

We will not be responsible for any issue if the transaction is a drop-ship order.
