We will gladly issue an RMA for the return of any defective product back for Exchange or Repair upon hearing from you within10 Days of receipt of the product. We will pay for the return shipping charges.

All other returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee as long as the product is received back in the same condition as shipped.

New Products returned in Open Packaging will only be accepted at our discretion and will be valued at the current used price of the same item being offered for sale on Amazon.Com at the time the item is received.
