Please understand that a filed a-to-z claim (whether withdrawn or not) puts a substantial damage to our seller’s account. Only when we fail to solve a problem, you should file a claim. Once a claim is filed (whether by you or an Amazon CSR on your behalf), we will no longer be able to assist you but will work as hard as we can to defend ourselves.

General Return Policy:

Buyer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
Otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply unless the item arrives to buyer damaged or defective and the buyer contacts us within 14 days of delivery and delivers it to us within 14 days of return authorization.
We test “dead on arrival” returns and impose the restocking fee if the buyer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned item that is damaged through buyer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to buyer tampering will result in the buyer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error where we will issue a return shipping label upon request. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit unless the return is a result of our error.
After a return request is approved, the item must be shipped promptly and received by us within 14 days.
We record all the serial numbers of items we sell. Any returned item must be in its original factory packaging with all accessories and must match the one we send to you.
The following items cannot be returned

Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Prepaid game cards
Health and personal care items
Open software
We will not be responsible for any issue if the transaction is a drop-ship order.
