OUR RETURN POLICY We have a variety of products in different conditions (from NEW to USED-ACCEPTABLE) so please be sure to look at the condition notes on EVERY PRODUCT to insure you are getting the condition you are ordering. If the buyer receives a product from us and is unhappy with it due to item unwanted, with nothing wrong with actual DVD, or failure to click and read the comments for these like new products, a 10% restock fee, minus shipping will be deducted. If item is received and it is defective we will be happy to issue a refund or send a replacement, option will be given via email. If it is our mistake, meaning, item was bought and the title does not match what the customer ordered, we will send a return label. If the item is the correct item and the customer no longer wants the item, it is up to the customer to send the item back, all refunds will not be processed until original item is returned and a ten percent restock fee will be added, unless worked out differently with our customer service representatives. We also ask that you please refer to the shipping times provided on this page. Note that it is in fact in the post offices hands once it leaves our facilities.
