Orders are generally shipped within 1 day from the date of your order depending on the product you have purchased. Once an order has shipped, the transit time depends on the shipping method you have selected. Standard : 3 to 8 business days after shipping ( for 48 continental US States, most orders will reach you within 7 business days after shipping). Expedited U.S.: 2- 6 business days after shipping. Computers, softwares, digital cameras, video games, game consoles, audio CDs, and DVD videos are NON Refundable once opened. It can only be returned for replacement in cases of defect or damage. There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges more than 30 days after order was delivered. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new, original manufacturer’s packaging. If an item has been opened and the item is not working to the customer satisfaction, the customer may contact the manufacturer directly to employ the item’s warranty. We keep serial numbers on all products shipped. Inadvertently returned items that were not purchase from us will result in the rejection of the return. For your protection, we recommend use a traceable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.
