  1. All returns due to refusals or customer unavailability will be subject to a reasonable processing fee.
  2. Returned products must include all original components provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete return of products is not accepted, and will be subjected to a 20%-50% restocking fee.
  3. Products returned due to "no longer wanted or needed" will be subjected to a 10%-50% restocking fee, depending on the conditions of the returned product.
  4. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement only. Buyers should always contact the Manufacturer regarding the defective products before returning to us.
