Thank you for choosing All in One Tech. For any returns, all the accessories must be included in the original packing box. Failure to do so will lead to return decline. Restocking fees and shipping cost may be charged for the following circumstances: -For unopened items, refund excluding 15%-20% restocking fee and shipping fees will be credited back to the original payment method. -For opened items, 20%-80% restocking fee will be applied depending on the return conditions such as tear and wear, ink level, item integrity, etc. Plus, shipping cost is not refundable. However, if it is not customer’s fault, such as defective items and shipping damages, All in One Tech will cover all the cost. -Electronics products can be returned if postmarked within 30 days of the delivery. -For items claimed as defective or damaged upon receipt, defect/damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery to make return arrangements. Return request will be declined if claimed over 14 days of delivery. However, most of the products are under manufacturer warranty and can be claimed directly with the manufacturer. -No return request is accepted for the following products: software, baby products, health&personal care, cellphone&accessories, and video games. ALL IN ONE TECH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY RETURN OR REFUND.
