Our shipping policy: 1. Items with original condition (not opened) returned within 14 days of delivery will get full refund excluding shipping cost. Delivery over 14 days may be charged restocking fee up to 20% of the full price. 2. Non-defective items which have been opened or used, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. If any parts or pieces are missing, a 50% restocking fee for one piece will be charged. If the purchase has free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from refund when return. Shipment over 7 days may be charged additional 15% restocking fee.3. Damaged, detective or other status items must be reported within 14 days of delivery, detailed information such as descriptive damage or defect and representative pictures should be provided. 4. We DO NOT accept returns for opened software and video games
