Asian Zing was established in 2012. Although we are young, we have grown rapidly over the past several years. Our company has developed a large returning customer base which we are very proud of. We offer a wide array of martial art supplies, uniforms, and oriental decor. Our number one priority is you and our number one goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and allow us to resolve the issue before you leave a negative feedback. The shipping times that Amazon will send are longer estimates than most orders actually take. We will ship your order within 2 business days of receiving the order. We ship all orders by the US Postal Service. If you choose standard shipping, we will use first class shipping. Your order will arrive in one week in most cases (from the date of shipment) . If you choose expedited shipping then it will be shipped by Priority Mail. Please note that expedited shipping is not the same as overnight shipping. It is Priority shipping and will arrive in 2-3 days. You can track your order on Amazon, the tracking number will be available as soon as your order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped it can NOT be cancelled. If you have any issues regarding payment processing please contact Amazon directly as sellers do not handle payment transactions. If you need to return an order, our return window is 30 days from when you place the order and reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee per Amazon policy. We ship from Lafayette, LA.
