Please read our return policy before making a purchase. We reserve the right to decline any return and charge restocking fee and any other related fee. Orders cannot be canceled after entering the shipping process (picked up by carrier). Customers are responsible for return shipping in this case, also the original shipping cost (actual amount charged by carrier) will be deducted from refund. Customers must contact us for any return. We will NOT issue refund for unauthorized returns or refused orders. Customers are responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Returns are accepted (see excluded list below) within 30 calendar days upon delivery of the order. If the return is not due to our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost (actual amount charged by carrier) will also be deducted from the refund. A restocking fee of no less than 20% will be applied if the return is in a different condition (used, open box, seal broken, etc). Defective claims must be placed first with the manufacturer for support before the return. A manufacturer’s claim number is required for all defective returns. Defective items other than those mentioned in “Excluded Items” may be returned for refund or exchange. Exchanges are processed only for the same item. If the item has a serial number, the serial number of the returned item must match our record. The UPC and serial number (if any) must be intact for any return. Excluded list—The items in the list can not be returned for any reasons: food, dolls, clothing, printers, scanners, projectors, consumables (toner, print cartridges, batteries, paper, office supplies, etc.), software, video games, video displays, computer memory, computers, laptops, furniture, and TVs of 23 inches or greater.
