Black Forest Books Return Policy: Buyer should notify Seller by email WITHIN 7 days of delivery of an item of ANY issues with the purchase whether defective, incorrectly shipped, etc. Returns will be reviewed and authorized at that time. ——— Returns are handled in one of two ways: ——— 1. Any products that are defective or incorrectly shipped by the seller will be refunded in full, including shipping. 2. If a product is incorrectly ordered by the buyer or returned for reasons OTHER THAN it being defective or not as described in the listing, a 20% restocking fee is assessed to cover the additional costs (time and material handling) to the retailer for accepting the return. No shipping fees are refunded under these circumstances. USPS charges to ship and does not refund any shipping fees to the Seller when an item is returned. We appreciate your understanding that it costs A LOT to ship, return, re-warehouse and promote a product a second time around. For International Shipments – We will provide shipping information upon request. USPS postal receipts will serve as proof of shipment and that the order was completed. Since we have NO control over International shipping, we bear NO responsibility for delivery. Please Note: All books and publications approved for return should be shipped “USPS Media Mail.” If buyer chooses to use a more expensive return mailing service he/she will be refunded the standard USPS Media Mail Rate for that item. There is no need to return items to the seller by expedited or priority mail to receive the applicable refund. –If the buyer actively responds to the seller’s emails during the 7 day notice period, the return request will be deemed active until resolved. –If the buyer fails to respond to seller’s return emails during the 7 notice day period, the seller will close the return request
