I CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY MUSIC, DVD’s, CD’s, SHEET MUSIC, SONGBOOKS, MANUALS, WORKSHOP, AUTOMOTIVE, INSTRUCTION MANUALS, OR HOLLYWOOD OR TV SERIES/MOVIES, LIGHT BULBS,LIGHTING FIXTURES, SCRIPTS/NOTES/DOCUMENTS. SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THESE ITEMS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO KEEP THEM. I HAVE EXPERIENCED A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE BUYING MUSIC AND SHEET MUSIC TO COPY IT AND THEN ASK FOR A REFUND. THEREFORE, ANY MANUALS AND OR MUSIC PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ME ARE SOLD AS IS AND WITH NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. If you purchase any bathroom supplies including Moen products and wish to return them, they must be in the original box with packaging materials and you must pay all postage costs. The amount of money Amazon collects for shipping fee on Moen/bathroom products is typically never enough to cover the cost of shipping. Therefore, it is up to the buyer to pay for shipping costs if he/she does not want the item. It must be returned with all original shipping materials including the outer box with original shipping label intact. It must be shipped with insurance (priority shipping covers up to $50). Unless you know exactly the item you want such as a Moen towel bar (specific item number), it is best not to purchase it online since the return postage is very expensive. Occasionally Moen products may have different shades of color due to manufacturing. One of the reasons for this policy that the buyer must pay for ALL postage costs (that includes shipment to you and you must pay for the postage to return it to me) is due to high costs of shipping some of these items and my low wholesale costs as listed on amazon. Often, my prices are a fraction of the standard retail cost. Once an item is delivered to you, I am no longer responsible for your package. I ship every item with delivery confirmation. If you know a package is going to be delivered, please make arrangements with your local USPS carrier to hold the package at the post office so that you can pick it up safely. If an item is left at your home or work and you can not find it for whatever reason, and delivery confirmation shows that it was delivered, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office and inquire where the package is located and also if there is foul play you should contact your police station. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after USPS shows that it was delivered. Any orders shipped second day will be shipped priority mail. Any orders shipped over night will be shipped USPS Express mail (unless it is International). Please note that USPS rarely delivers anything overnight. Please note the USPS may take up to a week to delivery Priority Mail. Unless you pay for the highest shipping price to cover express mail, there is no guarantee that the item will be delivered on a specific date. USPS priority mail due date and actual shipping time varies. Any International orders may be shipped either first class, priority or express depending on the size and weight and how much you pay for postage. I do not ship with any other carriers except USPS. Any packages shipped priority mail may or may not be received in two days. Sometimes packages have taken a week even though they were shipped priority mail. I will not give a refund on your postage if USPS fails to deliver a package when you are wanting it. I do everything I can to get packages shipped out as soon as the order arrives in account. If you have an issue with the amount of time USPS takes to deliver a package, please contact your local post office to file a complaint.
