COFFCO BOOKS is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We have been an Amazon seller since April 2003 and we will be here to help with any order questions or problems you might encounter. All shipments are made from The Woodlands, Texas.

Over the years, we have developed our own Customer Service Procedures which include but are not limited to the following:

  1. We ship within 24 hours, 7 days a week with Delivery Tracking information.
  2. We track our shipments on USPS.com each day and when necessary alert our customers of possible problems: Notice Left, Undeliverable as Addressed, etc.
  3. We notify our customers when USPS Tracking indicates a package has been delivered. We have found that this can help head off issues like packages being left at an apartment complex office, a business office where the buyer has not been told of the delivery, etc before they become “problems”. It is important to start tracking down packages as quickly as possible. We are be a small business but it is our only business. Our guiding principle has always been to conduct our business by the moral compass we firmly believe in. The 99% Feedback Ranking we have maintained over all these years demonstrates our commitment to our customers.
