We have been in business for over 25 years! In order to return Computers, printers, ink, & toner they must not be opened & the box can’t be damaged. The original packaging must be like new. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus our shipping charges to the customer will be applied to all returned items. No refund will be given if the item has been used or shows any damage which includes damage to the packaging. We have to be able to resell the product and if it is damaged, we can’t. For “did not want” items, there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus our shipping costs & Amazon fees that we had to pay. For All computer & printer issues must be handled through HP. We do not process warranty information but we can help you through the process with any warranty issues. In order to return a Traxxas vehicle, the item must not have been opened and the box can’t be damaged. To return a Traxxas battery, charger or accessory, the item must not show any wear or use.
