Returns – All items with the exception of some health and beauty products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A Return Authorization Request can be filed thru Amazon. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs plus up to a 15% restock fee if item is returned for any other reason than defective or damaged.. If an item arrives damaged, buyer must notify us at time of delivery of the damage incurred thru shipment. This is important as carriers have a time limit on the notification of such in order to allow us to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of the item damaged.. We will either refund or replace the item. This is your choice.
