The mission of DMM Treasures is to exceed the expectations of the customer. We set out to accomplish our mission in the following ways: by accurately describing the condition of the item, by mailing out all orders within 2 business days of the payment of the order, by mailing all items securely to protect the item from being damaged, by sending e-mail confirmations to all customers once the order has been mailed and to answer all customer e-mails timely.
