  • Return Policy Generally, we accept returns within 30 days after purchase. Exceptions: Computers, camcorders, digital cameras, digital music players, e-tablets, e-readers, portable video players, GPS units, video game hardware, and pre-paid cell phones must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return has to be requested for approval from your Amazon order or Amazon returns center. The returned item should be shipped back within 7 days after the RMA is issued. Item must be in good condition.
  • No restocking fee will be charged if the item is not opened.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
    1. If you have any problem with the item, we highly recommend you to contact Manufacturer before you make the return decision. All products are covered under Manufacturer’s warranty. It is much easier and faster to get the problem resolved with Manufacturer. We can assist you to contact them if requested.
    2. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match our serial number database the package or invoice.
    3. Full refund unopened items (factory sealed) with deduction of the original shipping fees. You need to pay for the return shipping fees.
    4. Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new or mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
    5. For opened items (factory seal broken) and/or used items, a 20%-50% restocking fee will be charged depending on the condition of the product. We will issue a refund with deduction of original shipping fees and restocking fees. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Computer software, video games, audio CDs, and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened.
    6. Defective Item. We are only able to take defective returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers must first contact the manufacturer to get the CASE No. or Defective Information. Usually, the manufacturer can troubleshoot you right over the phone. If they are not able to help, buyers could contact us and provide the following information: Case NO. Or Defective Information provided by the manufacturer, the serial number of your item. If not defective, a 20%-50% restocking fee will be charged.
    7. All returns must be initiated with a return request within allowed return time frame (14 to 30 days after receiving). Returns without approval or any refuse upon on delivery are subjected to round-trip shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.
    8. All returns must be shipped within 7 business days after we approved your return request, or after our first response to your return request, or within 30 days of receipt of shipment, whichever comes first.
    9. We strongly recommend you purchase signature confirmation shipping services. We are not responsible for loss or damage in return transit.
    10. Lost or non-receipt package must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery date. Dead/Damaged On Arrival (DOA) items must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery date. We do not offer price-match so we recommend you to do your own research before placing an order with us.
