All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 30 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Due to certain manufacturer’s return policies, you will be required to contact some manufacturers directly to repair, replace or return their products. Please be sure to ask your Sales Representative about our warranty programs and specific return conditions before you purchase. All open box returns are subject to at least a 20% restocking fee. We can accept software/game returns only when the package is unopened. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your credit, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. All new merchandise bought from us is genuine, and of consistently high quality and value. By placing an order with us or submitting your returns, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team.
