Farfan Entertainment is a small family/part time business located in Indiana, U.S.A. We usually ship our orders the next business day, sometimes the very same day if possible. Please note that we mostly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our items. Normally we DO NOT ship on Saturdays unless there is a special request. Sherri and Jose Farfan 6cf5d9f798 RETURN POLICY: You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in NEW or UNUSED/UNOPENED condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Returns must be initiated in Amazon’s return center. A minimum 20% Re-Stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee can be higher ( up to 50%) if item returned has been damaged/altered/opened by the customer or during transit by the Carrier. Once we verify that items are in new/unused/unopened condition, a refund will be issued within 48 hrs. Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is because any error on our behalf.
