Engraved Items, if we don’t receive your engraving information when you place your order we will send you a message, please understand if you don’t wish to have your item engraved we need to know that also. Please check your Amazon messages for our message. Also even if you sent your engraving we will verify via amazon messages, in rare cases there may be a issue with the information you sent so it is very important you look for our verified message. We have experienced a lot of buyers not receiving our message due to the fact they don’t check their e-mail that is linked to their Amazon account or they don’t check their messages. We are hoping the link above will help you as a buyer. Return Policy Non engraved items. (see below for engraved items) Damaged Items If you receive an item that is damaged during transit please contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. We will give you further instructions once you contact us about the damaged item. If returning an item other then damaged. The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Once we are contacted we will provide you with the return information if we find your return is under our guidelines. The item must be returned before a refund is credited. Buyer assumes cost of return shipment on these items. Refunds are given in the amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling. All shipping cost to and from the buyer is the buyers responsibility. The actual shipping cost to ship your order will be deducted from your order total therefore your refund will be less than your order total. Buyers must contact us first before returning the items. Your returned shipment must include a “Return Authorization Number” that we will provide you or it will be refused and no refund will be given. Any item returned without contacting us first for approval on return will be refused and no refund will be given. All items must be returned in original unopened packaging, and with original bows, ribbons, ties and etc. When you are packaging your item for return make sure it is securely packaged, if we receive your non damaged item back to us damaged no refund will be given. Once we issue you the RMA number we must receive your return within 10 days from the date the RMA was issued or no refund will be given. Engraved or personalized items are non returnable/ non refundable. We do verify with you the engraving/personalization before items are engraved or personalized. If a item is engraved/personalized and it was a mistake on our end (not what you had sent us) please contact us right away so we may correct the issue once it is verified it was our mistake.
