All items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All return requests opened after the 30 day deadline will immediately be rejected. For the faulty/broken etc. claims we may ask for additional information (e.g photos) to cover the return shipping costs. Partial refunds without return is also possible. Returned items must be in their original re-sellable condition. Up to 50% refund will be applied if the item is not in its original condition. (Used by the customer). FULL REFUND minus a RE-STOCKING FEE of 20% will be issued for a returned item. Safe arrival of the returned items are buyer's responsibility. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility if their country imposes any. For refused packages due to customs charges, 50% re-stocking fee will be applied since in that case we have to pay for the duties.
