Our fully trained customer service and machine repair departments are always ready to answer questions. Currently, American Products (Ampro) has 5 locations and an e-commerce site. We are a member of the NWFA. The customers are what we strive to make happy so please let us know how we are doing and if there is anything that you would like to see us offer that we do not carry at this current time. In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from their refund.
