I strive for great customer service. I also believe in fairness on both ends, which is why I have such a good return policy. Return policy is as follows: Video Game consoles may be returned within 14 days for a full refund if I receive it in the same condition it was sent out in. Consoles can be exchanged/repaired within 90 days if there is a defect in the console. I must receive back the same item I sent out, and there must be no signs of abuse like cracked screens, evidence of the item being dropped, or having something spilled on it. Used video games can be returned only for exchanges, and a refund will only be given if there is no replacement. Return must be made within 30 days on video games. All new video games and video game consoles will not be accepted back for returns unless it is returned in the same new, unopened condition and as long as no extra wear has occurred to the item.
